Is it possible to import traffic usage?

Resolution

Bandwidth usage can be imported using Migration Manager or import/export tools in XML format.
You may check this article in HSPcomplete SDK for more details regarding XML file format.


For more information regarding traffic classes please check HSPcomplete Online help on
PCC > Service Director > Service Level Manager > Traffic Classes screen or corresponding article in HSPcomplete Provider's Guide.

If date/time of <to> tag exactly matching <to> date/time of any record imported before, new import will overwrite traffic usage for this time stamp. Otherwise newly imported traffic is added to total traffic amount for the date.

It's possible to import negative traffic, to correct previous import if needed. It will work only if traffic usage for the date is not zero.
