How does Plesk synchronization work?

Resolution

HSPcomplete collects data about Plesk Clients and Domains in following cases:

  1. Plesk node is registered in HSPc.
  2. HSPcomplete runs Plesk collector every 30 minutes by default.

So, if you created Plesk Domain in Plesk panel directly then it could take up to 30 minutes before it will appear in HSPc. But if you have a lot of new domains created after last Plesk collector running then it could take a bit longer.
