I'm trying to configure backup settings in my Sitebuilder admin panel, but get following error:" "Error occurred when saving the settings". What can be the problem?

Resolution

Please make sure that /etc/cron.deny doesn't contain apache user. If file contains apache user you should delete it. Also try to run backup utility manually on your server:
# sh /usr/local/sitebuilder/utils/backup.sh or just
# /usr/local/sitebuilder/utils/backup.sh
