Error 0x8004010F "An object could not be found" appears when press "Send/Receive" button in MS Outlook 2003

Resolution

Description: When trying to "Send/Receive" mails using Outlook 2003 client the following error appears:

Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004010F):
'The operation failed. An object could not be found.'


Reason: Offline Address Book is corrupted for the organization:
•The offline address book list object has a missing address list.
•The offline address book list object has an incorrect address list.

Resolution:

For PSA2.5: Open MS Exchange System Manager > Recipients > Offline Address Lists > Right click on affected organization name > Rebuild.

From PSA2.6: It's possible to rebuild Offline Address Books via Providers GUI > Top > Deployment Director > Server Manager > Hardware Nodes > Select Back-end which host OAB > Applications Tab > ExchangeOAB > OAB Configuration Tab > Press "Rebuild OABs Now" button.
