[FIX] Plesk session is dropped if client’s IP is being changed

Symptoms

Plesk users are using internet connection with dynamic IP which changes on every request. Plesk drops their sessions and displays a ‘session expired’ error message.

Resolution

1. Consider upgrading Plesk to the latest version

2. Insert the following record into the Plesk database, the ‘psa’ table, ‘misc’ database:
 
param='disable_check_session_ip', val='true'

Note: to turn it back remove the record or set val='false'
