[FIX] VE do not start after upgrade up to SP1 due to lack of diskspace.

Symptoms

VE(s) do not start after upgrade to SP1. Virtual disk usage is closed to quota limit.

Cause

Due to different architecture VE requires a bit more free space inside virtual drive similar to physical servers.

Resolution

Increase virtual disk space for issued VE(s) at least to 200Mb
