Symptoms

VPS related tasks fail with the following error:
ExSystem: ERRCODE 5000 ERRCODE_MINOR 1902 VZALib error, code: 1902, msg: Error parsing processes info for VE $VEID..

Cause

POA tries to perform some operations on a VPS, assuming that it is up and running, but the VPS is stopped due to unknown reason.

Resolution

Start the VPS and resubmit the task, if startup fails  - check KB article #1015.

IMPORTANT:
During investigation you may change QoS limits for the VPS. Note, that after changing QoS settings with help of vzctl utility, values stored in POA would not be updated, so it makes sense to update QoS settings for the VPS using POA PCP after all failed tasks for the VPS are processed.

To update QoS values for a VPS using POA PCP, go to POA > Top > Virtuozzo Manager > VPSs > (vps) > Resources > QoS and set desired values.

After changes are submitted, POA scheduled a task for updating QoS. This task is queued and is blocked until all previously scheduled tasks with queue name 'vps_operations_xxx' are executed. That is why sometimes one have to use console utilities to update QoS limits in order to push the task queue.
