Symptoms

Task "Create Windows SiteBuilder site 'example.com'" fails with the following error

Cause

SiteBuilder Plan, assigned to the customer, does not allow to create more sites. Most probably, site limit in the Parallels System Automation Service Template do not match limit, defined in the SiteBuilder Plan, so POA allows to create more sites than SiteBuilder does.
  

Resolution

Follow the steps below to synchronize POA Service Template sites limit with Sitebuilder Plan sites limit:

1. Find a Resource Type limit in the corresponding POA Service Template:
    a) Go to POA > Top > Operations Director > Domain Manager > Domains > example.com > <Account> > Resources > Domains to get a subscription id for the domain example.com
    b) Open the Subscriptions tab and click on the subscription id, then on the Service Template name
    c) Open the Resources tab and find "Windows SiteBuilder sites" Resource Type limit
2. Find a Plan limit in the corresponding Sitebuilder Plan:
    a) Open the Parameters tab of the already selected Service Template and find "WSB Plan name" Activation Parameter there
    b) Login to Sitebuilder as a plan owner (provider or reseller) and go to General > Users > Plans > <Plan> > General
    c) Set "Maximum number of regular sites" parameter to match "Windows SiteBuilder sites"

After synchronizing limits it should be possible to complete the task. If task won't complete successfully, you can temporary increase SiteBuilder Plan limits in order to investigate this issue further.
